The model with assembly chain offers a limited traction, while the center plate, as with all other SPRENGER prong collars, relieves the dog's sensitive larynx. In addition, all links of the chain are rounded to prevent any risk of injury. The swivel prevents the lead from becoming wedged as it rotates with every movement. This model has a scissors hook for particularly quick release. This also means that the collar does not have to be slipped over the dog's head when putting it on and is therefore ideal for dogs with a large head circumference.
Please note that the prong collar is only recommended for use on a lead and during training. It is not suitable for off-leash use or during travel.
